International Delivery Delays January 2023

We have been informed by our main mail provider (Royal Mail) that due to IT issue currently all international deliveries are suspended.
We have arranged the alternative mail services to take care of international deliveries, however due to surge in international packages in their network delays are inevitable.
We understand that this is might cause delays and inconvenience for all our customers across the globe. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to mitigate the delays and we would appreciate your patience and understanding.
Your deliveries may experience few days of delay. We have updated the transit times on our website to reflect the current situation.
