To order goods on you must be 18+ or be accompanied by parent or guardian.
All items sold on are new unless is stated otherwise in description.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after full payment. You will own the goods once they are paid in full and they are posted. We don’t take responsibility for items which are damaged after delivery.
We do not supply any credit services for buying items from our store.
We keep a right to refuse any order without a reason.
Pre-orders: We accept orders for Pre-order items on our website. You will be charged straight after placing the order. If you change your mind and don’t want pre-ordered item anymore, please contact us and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund within no more than 48hrs.
All orders can be paid via Paypal or Google Wallet. We do not keep any of your credit/debit card details.
We will send the items to the Paypal/Google Wallet confirmed address only. If your address not confirmed it will occur further checks to make sure the transaction is authentic and made by you.
All prices are subject to change on the website without any prior notice.  You will pay the price which is on your order confirmation. If we made a mistake after you placed and order we will try to rectify it as soon as possible by contacting you via email.
Delivery and Returns
All items will be sent via Royal Mail or Courier within 3-5 business days after receiving full payment.
You will receive the confirmation email once the goods left our premises stating delivery method. We advice to use the trackable service to ensure a safe delivery of your goods.
Received your item but changed your mind?  It’s not an issue! We will happy to accept the item back within 14 days from the day of purchase. Please contact us on: We will refund full cost of items excluding P&P charges, once the item has been received by us. It will remain your responsibility to cover return postage costs. Please do not send item back to Pashair without contacting us. Please take extra care of the item whilst we are arranging its return journey.
In case of arrival of damaged/faulty item, we will ask you to send an item back on our cost and we will be happy to re-send a new item at no extra cost. If the item is not in stock at that moment we will issue full refund of the order. Please contact us before returning damaged/faulty item on stating exact damage or fault.
