What payment options do you accept?

We accept Major Debit/Credit Cards through our Cardsave from Worldpay Checkout.
You can pay also using PayPal, Amazon Payments as well as Cheque.

Do I need to have an account in order to pay via Paypal?

Yes you do. As from September 2014 Paypal do not accept a "Guests" option for their checkout. That's why we intoruduced Cardsave from Worldpay Checkout for all our customers who don't want to register with Paypal.

When my order will be dispatched?

Our aim is to ship all the orders as soon as possible. In busy periods in may take up to 3 working days. Once the item has been dispatched you will receive a notification via email.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


What is pre-order item?

Sometimes we publish on our website the product images for new developed products which will be available to purchase in the near future. Pre-order service allows you to reserve  the future item for yourself to ensure you will receive in case it will get sold out upon release and it will be sent as soon as item arrives to our premises. Look for the product page for estimated date of arrival.

Do I need to pay for Pre-order product straight away?

Yes you do, and you can cancel your item at any time with no obligations see below for further details.

I placed an order for pre-order product, but I have changed my mind. Can I cancel it?

Yes you can. If you placed an order and you would like to cancel it - we will do it free of charge for you. Please contact us and we will be able to assist you with this matter.

I placed an order a while ago, but still it hasn't been delivered.

Please allow at least 5 working days for deliveries in UK, for International deliveries, please allow up to 10-15 working days. If it hasn't arrived after this period, feel free to contact us.

My items have been damaged in transit? What shall I do?
